A practical path

Equipment is the starting point.
The operation is the business.

Buying a drone is one decision. Winning repeat customers takes a complete field setup, a way to evaluate jobs, and a follow-up process that survives the busy season. We are building those pieces in our own operation and making them available to other operators in stages.

01 / EQUIP

Match the aircraft to the work

Compare the Revolution I-19 and R-40 against your application rates, acreage, field size, and tender plan.

02 / ORGANIZE

Turn inquiries into scheduled acres

Collect field details, estimate accurately, and keep each opportunity moving through a clear sales process.

03 / CONNECT

Build with other operators

Explore job sharing through Work Wire, Operator Dealer participation, and future input opportunities as the network develops.

Free operator guide

Four decisions to make before you scale.

Use this short guide to identify the next constraint in your business. It is based on the questions we ask in our own field and sales work.

1. Define the work you want

List crops, products, target application rates, typical field sizes, travel radius, and the weeks when demand peaks. A large acre target without a calendar and service area is hard to staff or equip.

2. Model the full job cost

Estimate time for travel, setup, refills, battery swaps, tendering, cleanup, and reporting. Add labor, insurance, equipment, and downtime. Compare contribution per job, not only price per acre.

3. Build the lead path

Ask for location, acres, crop, timing, product or application goal, and field maps at intake. Track who owns the next step, when an estimate is due, and whether the customer booked.

4. Plan for overflow

Decide which jobs your crew can complete inside the application window. For jobs outside your capacity or territory, establish qualified partners and agree on customer ownership and payout before assigning work.

The Operator Dealer path

Grow beyond your own spray acres.

Operator Dealers can build a local equipment opportunity alongside their application business. Tell us your territory, current setup, growth goals, and where you need help. We will review fit and discuss the available program terms.

Complete the Operator Dealer intake

Work Wire participation, input access, discounts, and support depend on qualification, territory, supplier availability, and written program terms. Submitting an intake does not guarantee work or revenue.
