Chief Pilot, Director of Field Operations

JODY BJORNSON

Jody leads all flight operations and equipment maintenance at Harvest Drone. A U.S. Navy veteran and former fighter-jet mechanic specializing in electronics and electrical systems, he brings mission-critical standards to every drone in the fleet. Jody is responsible for pilot operations, mechanical reliability, and ensuring every system performs safely and consistently in the field.

JEANNE BJORNSON

Jeanne oversees compliance, logistics, and scheduling for Harvest Drone. With a chemical industry background from the Bakken oilfield, she brings a strong understanding of safety, handling, and regulatory discipline. Jeanne ensures every application is properly documented, compliant, and coordinated, keeping operations efficient while protecting growers, operators, and the business.

Cari manages Harvest Drone’s financial operations, budgeting, and administrative systems. She ensures the company is built on a solid financial foundation, with disciplined oversight of costs, invoicing, and long-term planning. Cari works closely with compliance and operations to keep Harvest Drone organized, transparent, and financially sustainable as it scales.
