Harvest Drone flies American-made Hylio drones for all of our field operations, including spraying, mapping, thermal work, and in-season scouting. We use multiple drone sizes and configurations to match what each field and each grower needs. Every system is engineered, built, and supported in the United States.

Hylio’s platform is FAA and NDAA approved, allowing us to operate up to three spray drones with one pilot. This gives us exceptional efficiency and consistency across large acreages. The autonomous precision-guided flight system keeps every pass tight, every droplet on-target, and every application uniform from edge to edge.

Our rigs are designed for performance during critical timing windows. In standard conditions, we cover over one thousand acres per day. During tight timing windows, day and night-flight capability allows us to complete up to two thousand acres in a single 24-hour cycle. This combination of autonomy, American-made reliability, and large-scale output is what allows us to support growers at any size.

Hylio systems eliminate soil compaction, reduce field passes, and help growers apply biologicals, foliars, and nutrient-efficiency tools exactly when the crop needs them. They also allow us to deliver Sound Agriculture applications with clean timing and consistent coverage.

Harvest Drone is also an authorized Hylio dealer. We help growers, co-ops, agronomy groups, and independent operators set up their own drone systems.
