Where Technology, Biology, and Stewardship Unite

At Harvest Drone, we believe every acre is alive. The Living Acre is more than a slogan. it’s a framework for our mission. By combining American-made drone precision with biological and biochemical innovation, we’re helping growers transition toward regenerative systems that protect soil health, maintain yields, and improve long-term profitability.

LivingAcre™ is Harvest Drone’s full-season, all-inclusive soil-health program built around Sound Agriculture’s BLUEPRINT and SOURCE, precision aerial application, and the documentation growers need to participate in emerging soil-health and water-quality programs across Minnesota and North Dakota. Unlike traditional agronomy menus with dozens of optional add-ons, LivingAcre is a complete system designed to improve nutrient efficiency, strengthen soil biology, protect water, and deliver measurable agronomic progress across every acre. We meet growers wherever they are on their soil-health journey—no cold-turkey transitions, no ideology, just better agronomy supported by modern tools.

The core of the program uses BLUEPRINT and SOURCE together to unlock nutrient efficiency and strengthen the root network. SOURCE activates beneficial soil microbes to release existing nitrogen and phosphorus already in the soil, while BLUEPRINT expands the plant’s root system to capture more nutrients and improve stress resilience. Combined with precision application, the full LivingAcre program delivers a total cost of $39 per acre, making it one of the most cost-effective biological programs available with measurable return on investment.

Every LivingAcre acre is applied using American-made, FAA-approved autonomous aircraft from Hylio. These drones provide sub-inch accuracy, eliminate compaction, reduce crop damage, and prevent runoff into waterways or sensitive areas. Because they can operate day or night when conditions allow, our team can treat up to 2,000 acres in a single day, ensuring timing is always optimized for biological performance.

To establish a reliable soil-health baseline, each LivingAcre acre includes a Haney Soil Test processed through Regen Ag Lab. This test evaluates soil health score, organic carbon levels, microbial activity, and nutrient availability, giving growers a clear starting point and helping guide annual strategy. All results are integrated into TimePath™, our season-long documentation system that tracks application timing, conditions, coverage consistency, and soil-health progress. TimePath creates the type of evidence growers need to participate in or qualify for Minnesota and North Dakota water-quality and soil-health initiatives.

LivingAcre also unlocks premium access to drone-based precision cover crop seeding, available only to program acres. Seeding is billed at $20 per acre for application labor, with the grower selecting and supplying their preferred seed mix. Cover crops accelerate soil-health progress by improving infiltration, strengthening biology, reducing nitrate load, and aligning acres with water-quality incentive pathways across the region. This capability is not available outside of the LivingAcre program, reinforcing its value as a full-season system rather than a collection of services.

Growers choose LivingAcre because it reduces nutrient waste, decreases reliance on synthetic fertilizer, strengthens soil biology, and provides documented stewardship benefits that position acres for future environmental incentive programs. The combination of Sound Agriculture’s proven biologicals, precision application, soil-health testing, and TimePath reporting creates a dependable, ROI-driven framework built for modern agriculture. LivingAcre is designed for growers who care about long-term agronomy, water protection, and profitable transitions—not shortcuts.

Evolving, Not Replacing

The Living Acre doesn’t reject modern agriculture , it improves it. We recognize that most operations can’t quit chemical fertilizers or fungicides overnight. Our goal is to help growers use inputs more efficiently, with fewer trips, less waste, and better biological performance. By integrating regenerative products like SOURCE into existing passes, we reduce resource use while supporting practical progress toward long-term sustainability.

Our Role in the Field

Harvest Drone doesn’t compete with agronomists—we support them. Our role is to bring precision execution, data, and documentation to biological and nutrient efficiency programs. Every flight enhances cooperation between growers, advisors, and sustainability partners, creating measurable outcomes and long-term system improvements.

The Future of Farming

The Living Acre represents a bridge not a boundary between today’s agriculture and tomorrow’s regenerative future. By helping growers make small, measurable improvements each season, we create acres that perform better every year reducing inputs, improving soil function, and qualifying for sustainability programs that reward stewardship.
